Patrick A. Kleszynski, MAI joined Associated Property Counselors, LTD. in 2008 as an analyst assisting with property inspections, research support, and report preparation. 

After completing qualifying and continuing education coursework, professional experience requirements, and examinations, he obtained his Certified General Real Estate Appraiser credentials with the state of Illinois in 2015 and Indiana in 2016. In April 2016, Mr. Kleszynski received his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. 

Over the course of his career, he has provided real estate appraisal and consulting services involving various types of residential, commercial, industrial, and special-use properties for mortgage financing, real estate tax appeal, estate planning, and litigation assignments. Mr. Patrick A. Kleszynski, MAI is the vice president of Associated Property Counselors, LTD. and President of Kleszynski Market Analysis & Appraisal, Inc.
